R UDD model RCHA 24A2AL14,SERIAL M0195 ,MY UNIT GO ON BUT ONLY GIVE OUT COOL AIR ON HEAT SETTING AND ON THE AC THE AIR DOESNT GET COLD AT ALL. THE THEMOSTATE ONLY GO ON MANUEL , PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT CAN BE FIX OR DO I NEED TO BUY A NEW UNIT ,...THANKS Margie
Sounds like you either have a severe wiring issue or if it is a heat pump there may be a problem involving the reversing valve. I recemmond you have your hvac man look at it.

Is the outdoor unit coming on at all? What kind of system is it heat pump, gas furnace with a/c?
