Won't boot Windows starts opening then a blue screen - error message stop 0x00000024 (0x00190203 0x82b8a258, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000) won't boot in safe mode either, can't get to c:/ to do anything I am having the exact same problem as described above and I can not get out of the blue screen every time my computer loads up....i cannot find my installation CD either!!! Please HELP!

Here is the cause, and I think you will have to re-install the operating system. Not knowing your machine model number, I have no idea if the operating system recovery is imbedded in the hard drive or not.

If you receive a blue Dell line across the top of the screen during power up, press F11 to see if you can get into the recovery mode. If so, just follow the instructions.

Try This ;

I fixed it by putting the winxp pro CD in and booting the disk to windows setup and i opened the recovery by hitting "R" and typing in the following commands "cshdsk" i think and "Fixboot" i said my boot was corrupt and it fix it now it booted no blue screen.
