HI my friend return the dvd to the company since it can be under warranty. if not a tech will do.your problem is the lens it needs to be replace moisture can damage your dvd lens if you dont clean it regularly.there is also wire ribon that is connected to the body of the lens that can also be checked it can be coroded or broken inside.good luck
