Brand new washer have had it 2 days, I have done 1 load of laundry worked fine, now it wont start and says Dr, the door is closed all the way I have checked everything and the damn thing still wont work.

I'm not sure what happens, it's like it has a mind of its own. it will start one day and not the next. the door is closed... it just won't lock for some reason.
