UNINSTALL ALL JAVA.LOOK IN C:\ AND REMOVE ALL JAVA.AND INSTALL A FRESH COPY OF JAVA
AFTER UNINSTALLED THE OLD JAVA REBOOT. IT'S NEVER WRONG.

It looks like a Java application is missing or corrupt in the handset. Java ARchive files need a program to process them and they are different on mobile phone applications. The phone might just be in need of a software update or it might be a more serious problem like physical or liquid damage (I hope not).

Unable to access jarfile lib\MP3Rocket.jar
the error refers to a missing mp3rocket.jar file within the installation of mp3 rocket. i.e. C:\program files\mp3 rocket\lib. solution is: uninstall mp3 rocket and uninstall all versions of java and JRE from add and remove programs(XP) then restart. install a new version mp3 rocket and you will be prompted to download java again. once installed MP3 Rocket.exe should be restored

Hi! the error it self highlighting "regular uitlity" concept in dll name. there is no problem with automatic java updates, but may be missed connection of updates path, so try think about it there would be no problem at all with java updates and operating system..

Hi tryed to download javameantime, error code 25099 connot unzipp core files, how do i corect the problem,
WORKAROUND

Step 1 : Completely delete content of the following directory: C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\ (or alternate directory if you chose a non-default install location)

Step 2 : If Step 1 has permission issues due to files being locked or in use, restart your system

Step 3 : Now, completely delete content of the following directory: C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\

Step 4 : Download and install Java.
  1. Go to Java.com
  2. Click on the Free Java Download button, and start the installation process.

Installing java applications and games
hey first of all you need a .jad file for all the java files.

download jad maker from here

http://www.brothersoft.com/jadmaker-25179.html

drag and drop the java files to the jad maker window to create a jad file for that particular java file.

once you're done copy both the java and jad files to the "other files" directory on the phone.

Now exit all menus and type in this code: *#9998*4678255#.You should now get a 'Activated' message. [This is to enable java installation.]

Then go to the other files directory where you placed the jad and java files. Open the .jad file and then click install.

Once the installation is done you can disable java installation by re-typing that code again.

Error to compile java program
The main cause of this error is you havent set the environment variables correctly, you can do it as follows

Right click on "My Computers" select properties the click "Environment variables" then under "User variables for pcname"

select new and add the following paths

1)var name:path
var value:C:\Java\jdk1.5\bin

2)var name:classpath
var value:C:\YourJavaCodeDirName

click ok and its done
