I just can't get it to work on my 2006 Silverado. My problem is that I don't know which wire goes to the VATS bypass from the unit. The manual says a blue wire, but it I have tried both blue wires and it tries to start three times and shutsdown. The manual indicates this is a problem with the 555L bypass.
First things first with the 555L installed will the truck start with the key if not then the 555L was not installed correctly if the truck will start with the key then the next step is to use the blue wire coming from the satelite relay box to connect to the 555L I will look for your response.
ok the wires that are used in that vehicle are as followed:
Red +12-
connect to red wires on satelite relay box
Pink +12 volt ignition connect to pink wire on satelite relay box
Pink-White +12 second ignition connect to white wire in ignition harness
Orange +12 volt acc connect this wire from the relay box to the orange and brown wires on the ignition harness
Last wires are the green and purple
Green connects to the key side of the yellow wire on the ignition harness
Purple wire connects to the starter side of the yellow wire

The blue wire is connected correctly. Truck starts with key and starts with remote with key in ignition turned on.
