The administrator account went hidden when you created a new user.
all you have to do:
reboot your pc
when the login screen appears hit ctrl+alt+del, this will show you all available accounts.
clic on administrator account and type user and password
Please define "Master Reset": do you want to reformat & reinstall the Operating System? Default the BIOS?

this is the problem. i got the laptop and never changed from the administrator user. so i downloaded all my programs and movies, etc to that desktop. when i went to create a new user, it took over the administrator. so everything went hidden. i cant access any of it. so now my memory is full. i just want to erase everything and start from scratch,
