The thin plastic loop that hokks over yuor ear is broken on my LG HBM 730. Any ideas how this can be replaced or improved? I did think the day would come when that little bit of plastic would prove to be the weakest link. I like the size, so I bought it. there has to be a kit of some sort to replace this broken piece, right? -MarSam
I just called LG (800-243-0000) for the same problem and they said that they are sending me a new earhook and it should be here in 2-3 weeks. We'll see if I actually get it.
Find a package of jabra earbuds. they are silicone and formed for your ear, come in3 different sized so one should fit. you will never miss that stupid loop

Stupid plastic loop snapped in 2 pieces and I still try using it but it fly's out of my ear every time I turn my head. I asked Verizon if they would replace the loop but they suggested I contact LG products. They went so far to say you need to purchase a new piece---NO DAMN HELP!!!

This is my second one to break. The first one was replaced by a man working the center of the mall. Now this one broke and I am now lost on what to do. Mine is for the Bluetooth Headset WEP200 by Samsung. ANY SUGGESTION?
