Button I have a sony cyber shot dsc-p52...It was given to me by someone who got a new camera and didnt want this one anymore. The problem is is that I have to press really hard on the button to take the picture. It focuses and then if I dont press until my finger has indents then I dont get a picture. Is there a solution to this?

The flex under the button has two flex ribbon buttons and a secondary flex contact that the "ACTION" button presses on.
More then likely, one of the diodes is bad, the resitor has become an open, OR the primary "ACTION" pad has an open

in the flex trace (circuit). You will need to disassymble the camera, becareful and unhook the shutter power connector

before you pull the guts out, you will brake the retaining clip and

will need to replace that as well when you go and HOPEFULLY

find the replacement part number for the button unit, not just teh flex.
