have you left the phone off for 24 hours if you switch it on and it is asking for security code i can get the master override code for your phone but i need the imei number and the code number off the back of your phone under battery the imei is 15 or 16 numbers long might be like123456/44/22343/2 and then the other one is about 6 numbers long 123456 if you give me these i can give you master code if your phone dont ask for code then you need to get it flashed at a shop to unlock it hope this is some help

on the main screen type 2945#*# then a menu appears go to 5th number (factory reset) it will reset ur mobile setting after this ur mobile will restart and ur password will be 0000.Then u can change ur password ur old password will be 0000.
