SOURCE: dometic roof air

Sounds like the unit either has been miswired from the beginning or there is a stuck contactor relay.

The more rare scenario is that the control wire between the t-stat and the contactor is shorting to a power source causing the relay to energize. Good Luck!

The thermostat needs to be reset. Turn it off and hold the top and bottom buttons in at the same time and turn the thermostat on. In a few seconds will read FF and you should be good to go.

SOURCE: Older Penguin roof shroud, new style fit?

I just replaced my two 620315.321 shrouds with the newer style without any problems. I went to the Camping World site (and called them) with model no. and they knew what to send me. I also found that they had the best price at $79.00 (member price) with free shipping.

I didnt check your shroud part no.s, but think you will be ok if you do as I did.

If you have any question about installing, you can email me at remeola@comcast.net

SOURCE: Ac Problems

You must have too many things running on that circuit. Check your connection to the power box.Loose connection on the receptacle can cause the breaker to trip or too many things running on the same circuit. If the breaker is old it might need to be replaced.

SOURCE: Roof top A/c on a 33 1/3 foot RV. When

when the coils are dirty there is not a good heat transfer and there is little condensation of the refrigerant gas, the pressure in the condenser coil builds up too high and the compressor takes more amps, having the risk of geting burnt. Either the protector inside the compressor stops the compressor or the braker at the generator electrical wiring.
You have to make sure the coils are perfectly clean and try your ac checking the amps it takes when it is running, with dirty coils and with clean coils. and check the rated amps of the compressor at full load FLA
