Dell Laptop installed with win7 home basic is not playing videos as a result of no video controller code 28 is not install could someone help me with the solution?
Sometimes windows update install all the controllers by itself. Update your windows at control panel/security and../windows update. If the problem isn't fixed go to dell web page, and search the controllers by model.
I suggest use GomPlayer or VLC player. Accept all the video codecs.

I found this site in the first shot. Just go to google search and search for the driver that you want. And if you fail to do it then go to http://drivers-download-driver.com/tag/nvidia-geforce-8400m-gs-rev-a03. Start using google for such searches.
