Get the discs that came with your computer and boot off them. When your computer is on the dell screen when you first turn it on it will say something like "hit f3 for boot menu". You need to hit the button it specifies and select your cd drive. It will say press any key to boot from cd, and as you may have already guessed you want to hit any key. Then when a windows screen comes on you need to hit r and follow the onscreen instructions from there.

    What is your problem, i provided a solution to your question. I explained in detail what that instruction was telling you to do. If you wanted somthing else from me, you should have put more detail into your question. Folowing my instruction would have fixed your computer.
