They have driver downloads for your specific products.
Sometimes you may have to switch around a bit. from PCL to PS drivers or add patches.

Depending on your o/s [operating system] you can goto CONTROL PANAL.>PRINTERS>ADD A PRINTER and use YOUR printer name and the next lowest number model. Usually you can get the printer to work with the "bells & whistles"
