Problems with Java

If your system meets the requirements for an installation of the software, and you were unable to find a solution in the links provided on the Java site, please see below.
I'm not sure which version you were attempting to install, but you might try this:
Download the most recent version (1.13) of Java Ra and install it. Use it to remove all outdated Java from your system.
Run the Java Ra update utility to link to Sun's site and download the software you are attempting to install. Try installing it again...
