Printer no printer can be found .add a printer

Please uinstall and re-install the entire s/w.... note : plug in the usb only when prompted.uinstall the s/w after unplugging the usb. uninstallation----- go to add & remove program....remove all the printer related s/w in the list. c:/ - program files - util - ccc - HP/Hewlewtt Packard - Digital imaging(could be in hp or in hewlett packard)-uinstall/remove NOTE: if u r not an hp computer user delete the entire HP/Hewlett Packard file.Do not do so if the computer you are using is of hp. open start - run - type regedit - enter-registry editor opens - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-software-if u r not an hp computer user delete the entire HP/Hewlett Packard file.Do not do so if the computer you are using is of hp/Digital imaging(could be in hp or in hewlett packard)-uinstall/remove restart the computer give a print command
