E09 error washing machine Vision HD 9KG stops with E09 error displayed and wont continue the cycle

check heating element (rear of drum at the bottom) for open circuit, replace if needed, occasionally the timer will start to click round continuously, indicating the machine has a fault, the machine shuts down waiting for the water to heat up, elements available at most appliance shops but you may need to order specially?

I looked at the pipes that lead into the washing machine (HD vision) the water pipe was kinked!
Solved the problem myself, just took some lateral thinking haha

my machine had the same fault and seems to be quite common. What I didwas remove the pcb behind the control panel buttons, its held on byseveral plastic clips and simply ensure the ribbin cable was making agood conection from this board to the programmer. My fault was either aloose connection or the pcb was not in the correct position either way,it now works perfect and only took 5 mins work @ no cost.
