i've got a lite-on 20x dvd writer w/ lightscribe, the problem is i can't install the cd ( nero 7 essentials )to my computer, any alternative software can work for my dvd writer? tnx in advance...

Nero needs to be uninstalled (using Nero Clean Tool) and then reinstalled after you have added a new lightscribe DVD drive. To correctly uninstall Nero go to Nero website to download Clean Tool application specific to your version of Nero.
