Background:
This "K" message is actually a factory service mode used for bench testing. You might have accidentally gotten into it somehow.
How to fix it:
The only way to get out of it is a series of button presses, known only to Sharp (1800 237 4277) and service centers. Though the latter will charge you to clear the message. Call Sharp and ask to speak with their 'dispatch group' to get around this.
