I assume you have a touch screen? but the keyboard seems to be the problem..(sticky keys) so might try a different keyboard and it wouldn't hurt to clean the Touch screen with an approved cleaner

Go to Micorosoft.com and install Windows defender. That should take care of that.

You may have a voltage problem, but it seems more like you have your power-save settings saved wrong. Check those. You may also want to check your device manager to make sure things are malfunctioning causing your shutdowns.

Your system is infected by malware which is not detected by Norton antivirus. You can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software from below link:-

SOURCE: my computer refreshes by itself

Unless, you have Gdata, Bitdefender, Avira, Fsecure, Kaspersky, Norton, it's not good enough.

Try running windows update, to see if there are IE updates.

Go to Bitdefender, they have a free online scanner.

Get Firefox, Firefox is a safer faster browser then IE.

You can use add-ons on firefox that will block add's, stop pop ups, better then IE.

If you get Firefox, go to youtube, if you can't watch a video, you will see the download Adobe flash player in the video window.
