I also shows rectangular object with a circle around it and i only have the phone and its usb cable,nothing else
507 means no operating system found. You will need to reload the OS. Device may require a clean wipe and re-install of the OS.
The 507 error means that the operating system is no longer on the device. Any data on the device is gone, too. You won't be able to retrieve it unless you have a backup.
You will need to reload the operating system on to the device. You will need the Desktop Manager program, along with the BlackBerry handheld device software.
