Ok i bought new pc desktop computer i launvched it got it running installed my cam and so on.den i had to do a reboot..did it installed my cam again and it said could not find driver even tho i have the cd really starnge...den a windows problem solution bar comes up and says my microsoft vista is not compatible with my cam even tho it worked fie b4 this reboot i did please can you help me
Hello mid85, Welcome to Vista. The banner was correct. The fact that it worked at first was a fluke. Let me explain. The driver worked the first time because something messed up in Vista and the driver made all the proper connections with the OS and application to work, but this was a mistake kind of like falling off a moving motorcycle and finding one million dollars (It just does not happen every day). You can try to replicate the install, and this might work, for the most part you have to get all of the upgrade downloads from microsoft and somewhere in all of that will be a utility that will allow you to uae your camera.
