Pilot lighted furnaces have a thermocouple made from disasimilar metals that when heated create electricity to actuate a relay that alows the gas to flow to the furnace.
When the thermocouple gets coated with carbon from the pilot lights constant burning it acts as an insulator and keeps the thermocouple from getting enough heat to generate electricity, a very good safety factor.
What you have to do is locate the thermocouple it should be located over the pilot light, you will see a gray substance around the thermocouple it will be hard like cement, take a knife and scrape away as much of the gray material as possible then sand the themocouple with a medium sandpaper until it shines, use one of you wifes emery boards, this should solve your problem.

Most of the dealers recommend Scheduled Maintenance Services at 30K, 60K, and 90K.
At 60K the coolant has to be replaced with a new one, to avoid a corroded radiator or partially clodged heater core. Radiator Flush. The air filter.The spark plugs has to be replaced with the original OEM. The transmission oil starts breaking at 30000 miles and has to be changed at 60K. This is the best insurance for the transmission of your car. It is optional but, it is recommended to flush the breaking system too. This protect the ABS system from corrosion. Do not forget to replace brake bleeding nipples with new one. They are cheap, and avoid costly problems in the future.
The EGR valve has to be inspected.
The last and most expensive service is the timing belt change between 60000miles to 100000miles.

The drain plug is either on the bottom of the crankcase under the deck or on the side of the engine where the square-head bolt is. I realize you won't be able to "tilt" the rider to drain it. I suggest using SAE 30 oil. I also highly suggest you use synthetic. If you use synthetic, you can use a multi-viscosity like SAE 10-30W. But if you use conventional, just plain SAE30. I will need some time to try and find your manual if it is available for a PDF download. Sometimes, you can order a paper copy off of the parts lists menu for the machine if and when you find that listed by an online vendor that carrys parts for an older machine. That makes no sense. You wanting to run, should you give it some legs and a stopwatch? What cables? You need to jump start it with you car? So many questions on here are so vague. It's driving me nuts. I want to help you people but the questions and statements are so clueless. Like I said to someone else, it's like calling a mechanic and saying my car doesn't run, what's wrong with it.
Sonits a motor.... Does it run on gas, electric, coal? What is it in, a car, a fan, a boat? And what do you mean by cables? Most motors are connected with wire to electricity or gas? Think about something you know a lot about and think about an issue it has and what kind of info so you need to solve the problem. Now even if you don't know anything about the product, tell us something as to what kind what is it doing or not doing. Making any types of noise. What is it designed to do. Those kind of things. Got it?
