I just purchased this camera and I cannot record it says on the LCD screen cannot read the disc, the manual says to change the disc or clean it.so I did and still says the same thing Do I have a defective camera or what am I doing wrong?
What type of dvd's are you using, camcorder can only read DVD-R, DVD-RW ( signle sided) , or DVD-R DL 9dual layer not double sided) make sure it doesn't say DVD+ needs to say DVD-
