Can't store numbers. please help hit memo then dial number then store number and it does nothing. just need help storing numbers. don't and did not get manual with phone. it was a gift.. please help GE Proseries 2 line speaker phone model# 2-9438A/2-9436A s/# 70183727
1 - Lift the receiver and get the dial tone.
2 - Hit 'Store'
3 - Enter the number you wish to store in the phone
4 - Hit the store button again
5 - Hit the memory button you wish to store the number into
6 - Hang up!
This should store the number wherever you want to put it. Remember if you want to store it in one of the 'lower' positions (second line of the memory index card) push the 'Shift' button before you push the memory button for that location.
