Please make sure speaker should not mute and it should be contect with correct port and power trun on

Please try to follow these steps :-
1- Try to start WINDOWS AUDIO services from services.msc
just type services.msc in run command and start the windows audio services.

if not resolve then
2- Try to go

  • Click Start, click Run, and then type devmgmt.msc.
  • Right-click My Computer, click Manage, and then click Device Manager.
or
  • Type the following command at a command prompt: start devmgmt.msc
then check the SOUND, VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLERS
if there is any yellow and red mark on any device then delete that device.
then restart the system.

3 try to update the driver :-

1.Right-click My Computer.

2.Click Properties.

4.Click the Device Manager tab.

5.Click a listed device and a new window will open.

6.Click Drivers to see what drivers are installed on your computer.

7.Click Update and Windows will see if you have the latest driver.


3- uninstall the sound driver from the devmgmt.msc or
More likely you'll have to go to [Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > (Your sound card) > Driver > Uninstall],
a reboot will almost certainly be required.

Then reinstall the software.
