At the top of my virgin media home page i have annoying adverts with dialog, how do i get rid of them

You have to enable ssl2.0 and ssl 3.0 in advance tab of internet explorer properties...

Click on tools > Internet option > select advance tab and check both ssl 2.0 and ssl 3.0

You likely have a virus or malware or other potentially undesirable software running on your system. Download and install Spybot Search and Destroy from www.downloads.com and run it on your system. If you are using an Internet Security application by Norton or Mcafee, it is very likely this is not working, either because it is compromised or out of date. Try updating it or replacing it with AVG Internet Security.

Hi Sally,

Follow the steps below and you can change your homepage for Internet Explorer or Any other browser you are using.

For Internet Explorer,

Click on Tools menu ( To highlight it, open Internet Explorer and press the ALT key once )
Click on Internet Options
You will find General Tab and the options to change the webpage.( Use Current, Use Default, Use Blank. )
IF you want your choice of webpage to be launched whenever you open Internet Explorer, type the website address e.g www.google.com in the first field.
Click Apply below and Click OK

Next time when you launch Internet explorer. you will not find the Inbox.com page.

For Mozilla Firefox.
Click on Firefox option on left right corner or Click on Tools menu
Click on Options
click on General Tab and you have the option to change the webpage.
