I reset my answering machine(ia5854) and get the letter a after I set it up but it doesnt record any incoming messages.. .we cant find the book and I am desperate here.. we depend on this machine.. Change phone company , and can't setup the answer machine. Was not pleased with new phone and went back to old company, the answer machine has A on it and will not anwser call. I would the informaton to reprogram the answer machine. Below is the modle that i have.
