You must be having internet issues,
run ping test on computer to check signal drops:
open command propt by pressing window key and 'r', type CMD , hit enter,
enter command : ping google.com -t
hit enter and let it run, notice the amount of timeouts, if too consistent , your internet is dropping packets,
you can also run speedtest from website: speedtest.net
