Try with nokia suite its diferent to nokia ovi suite and check drivers

Hi,
Please remove and re install your PC suite in computer and check also your firewire.
There should be a pop up on down right corner of your screen the telling you your devices are paired. Otherwise just click your PC suite and go around menus / sub menus to transfer the data.
