Go to your PC.
Launch Itunes
Press and continue to hold the home bottom while you reconnect the USB cable to your cell. This will cause the Iphone to turn on.
Continue to hold the home buttom until an alert message in ITunes tells you that Iphone is in recovery mode has been detected. Follow the steps on ITunes... If you want to restore as brand new you can do that if not chose the way you want to, you may lose some data but you can access the iphone this way
