DC error message

I keep getting a "DC error" message on my in dash radio. I have an alpine.

Tonite while driving on a bumpy road i had the dc error right after a big bump.

according to user manual,

one of your speakers connector got lose and is touching the metal body of the car giving a shortcut

-> check your speakers wiring

    Alpine is real nice to have thought of anti shortcut protection. i wonder what would have happened with lower quality hardware
