The clicking noise if probably from ur HDD.....it is a sign of ur HDD dieing sooner or later..... some hdd usually make such kind of noise and run without failure....

disc may be off balance or something stuck to the hub, the spindle motor may have failed. Call sony tech support to see what your options are, is it still under warantee?

its your backup fan turning on you must not have adequate venitlation take it out of small place and put it near a fan or window
