Automatic database backup

Hi ,

I am using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express 9.00.3042.00.

I want to take the database backup daily at specific timing for instance, 8:00am daily. How can I take it automatically?

It should be take the backup on daily basis without my interference.

Can anyone help me?

    I have Sql Server 2005, BU ti could not find Backup Node under Management.

These instructions are for Microsoft SQL Server Standard.
Go into the Enterprise manager.
Select your server on the tree view on the left. Go all the way down to "Management" and click on "Backup".
This will allow you to set up the backup.
Check the box called "Schedule". This will allow you to select a schedule for automatically performing the backup.
