Main greeting We have an Avaya Merlin ETR 18D phone setup in our office and I need to change the main greeting. We all know how to set up our own personal voice mailbox but for the Main greeting I can't seem to access the correct extension and passcode. I had it written down before but lost it. I need to revise the Main greeting to remove a former employee.
