I can't print only scan. At the screen appears E04-02. How can I solve it???

Causes
1. Paper Jam in Fuser Unit. 2. Paper Exit Sensor clear and close the front cover

-fuser thermister dirty ir defective
-fuser lamp is disconnected or defective
-fuser thermostat is defective

To solve this problem requires you to enter tech mode Function, Orgnial ledger, 3, simutenuously,once there Press 9 for F9 then 06 RAM int., then 04 LBP Fuser Reset, once done power off then on the machine. if it comes back the fuser/fixer unit (HOT UNIT) requires repair, Main Fuser Lamp, Thermistor,or Thermostat, service technician required.
