Does the E code look like 10.8372487489E12?
If so, the calculator is either set to scientific notation mode OR the result was an answer that was too big to display on the calculator, so it converted it to scientific notation. To convert from scientific notation back to regular notation, move the decimal to the right by the number of times after the E.
