Do u my lack of knowledge I seem to have accidently lost my storejet 1TB storage capacity after trying to use memtest software now it only shows i have 48mb of storage capability.help!!!
Move all files to computer..format hd..more bk files to hard drive

A bad/faulty lead can lead to a computer not recognizing a hard drive and any other connected devices
One bad lead can cause a computer lots of problems
replace all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA the ones that attach from your motherboard to your hard drive
