Can't program

Question

Just got it, read the manual, have done everything it said to program or find a frequency. Cannot locate them or it comes up with 'error'. I thought when I ordered it, it would be preprogrammed for my locale. Obviously not.

Tell me your locale and I'll get you a local frequency chart online. Or if you wish, go to google.com, type in your county and the words "radio frequencies" you should get a list of all the public services as well as TV station radios etc.
