I have the error code 6B00 on my canon pixma MP800.
I have tried the take all the software and drivers off, and redownloading, and starting over. No results.
I have tried the power button and "ok" button, I don't have a "resume" button.
I had a cord get stuck in the paper feed, I had to cut the cord and wiggle it out. To be able to problem solve where the cord was I had to move the ink holder.
Any help on this would be greatly appriciated. I am working on a project I needed to have done a week ago. Thank you.
6B00 is a paper feed position error, the paper feed is not returning to the home position, or the encoder wheel was damaged. You can try to manually turn that large roller, and then power up again, but if it doesn't help you'll need a shop repair.
