Lexmark printer error code 41 - Brother MFC 3820CN All-In-One InkJet Printer

The printhead is defective. Call brother hotline. Because this is a very common error (due to malconstruction on the mfc 3820 ) they might replace it for free. And when asked: OF COURSE YOU HAD ALWAYS RUN THE UNIT BY ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGES!!!! :-) (take the ink carts out before sending or giving it to a service dealer!)
