Fast flashing yellow light today was

The flashing amber is an error code. Dell Tech support will need to be called in order to troubleshoot as Dell does not publish it's codes. I know when my old E510 did this they started by replacing the psu, when this didn't correct the problem they sent me a new motherboard. Hope this helps.
