First plug your mp3 on your comp. Wait for it to be detected. Then click on the "My computer" icon, select your sensa and then open any folder you want to delete anything you want or even add things.
This MIGHT fix the problem: Make sure that Windows Explorer is set to
show hidden files and folders. In Windows XP, click TOOLS, FOLDER
OPTIONS, VIEW and make sure you have selected "Show hidden files and
folders".

I can't figure out how to delete songs on my e260 and some of the songs have duplicated 8 or 10 times on my player. How can I delete them and not have them show up numerous times again?!? Thanks for the help!!!
