Delete i cant delete songs i put in my sansae260 need help

    I can't figure out how to delete songs on my e260 and some of the songs have duplicated 8 or 10 times on my player. How can I delete them and not have them show up numerous times again?!? Thanks for the help!!!

    i have a few of the same song on my san disk which i never notice until i listened and i cant delete them what do i do about this problem.

    There are books on tape & some POD cast sermoms on my Sansa 260 that I can't delete...they do not show up when plugged into the computer. How can I delete them?

First plug your mp3 on your comp. Wait for it to be detected. Then click on the "My computer" icon, select your sensa and then open any folder you want to delete anything you want or even add things.

This MIGHT fix the problem: Make sure that Windows Explorer is set to show hidden files and folders. In Windows XP, click TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW and make sure you have selected "Show hidden files and folders".

When you first plug in the device a little window should come up asking you if you want to sync the device or open to view. click open to view and delete all the files you want. ~J.B.~
