Tried using Malwarebytes to scan and fix the problem, didn't work. Tried to switch network adaptor setting, also did not work.
This error seems to be related to DNS. First, see if you have am internet connection. Verifying this can be done various ways depending on your setup and operating system. The quickest and most universal way is to launch another browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and see if you can view Google or another common site. IF you can, then it is likely that the proxy settings in Chrome are incorrect. If not then you may have a problem with your network adapter settings or the setup of whatever gear you have that connects your computer to your ISP. For any deeper troubleshooting we'll need to know what your setup is.
