Press Windows button and PrtScn button synchronously then paste on Paint tool to edit and save the screenshot. If you think this way is a little troublesome. You can consider this free web-based tool which features quick editor, and you can share the screenshots to social media instantly.

Press the PRINT SCREEN key on your keyboard to screenshot the whole screen or if you only want to screenshot a specific window press the ALT key together with thee PRINT SCREEN key on your keyboard.
open PAINT then click edit then paste..done!

Yes, I agree with that, but this method requires you to further edit and save the image with an editor tool. I prefer to use a third-party but free snapshot app which combines screen capture and sharing:http://screenshot.net/

There should be a button on your keyboard labeled "PrtScn". It stand for "Print Screen". This will copy an image of your screen. Simply open Microsoft Paint or a similar software and select paste. Your screen shot should appear in your chosen software.

press Ctrl print screen then you can paste the screen shot into a word document and then right click the picture and select save as picture if you have windows 7 you can use the snipping tool. to find it look under all programs click on accessories then on snipping tool after it opens click and drag to select what you want a screen shot of then click the save snip button.
