Code SC320 I have a functional problem come up on the display and the code used is "SC320" can you tell me what this code is for, because the book doesn't tell me.

    Yes, I have same problem with code SC320 "functional problem" on the display. Also I already follow the instruction to" turn off main power switch and then turn it on" but the problem still occur. By the way our photocopier is Ricoh Aficio 1018 and there is no troubleshooting instruction for this problem on the manual.

I'd exprience the same problem once. what i did was to change polygon size laser. its working perfectly now
