I've tried 10054 as the likely setup code, but I can't get the Comcast remote to turn on the tv. Once I turn it on manually, the Comcast remote works. Do I have the correct tv setup code, model 13PT30 L601, serial no. 27240724?

Are you sure that your comcast remote requires xxxxx 5 digits for the TV code ?

most remotes use 4 digit codes and in my book, the philips codes are:

try these
and if you are sure that the comcast remote uses 5 digit codes then try these

make sure you get the Red LED code entered Confirmation Blink after entering the code digits.
its either a double blink or a Long Solid blink
if you have 4 digit codes it will blink before can enter the 5th, so you will know
