Yes, but it takes several steps to transfer pics from your tablet to a flash drive.

Try plugging in the USB cable between the tablet and the USB port of a PC. The PC should recognise and install the correct driver software.

On the Tablet you need to choose between "debugging" and memory flash disk. Choose the Memory flash disk option on the screen.

The Tablets internal drives will then appear as drives on the PC if successful.

Some PC's cannot install the correct driver software, so you will have to download a generic android one from the Internet.

You might need to update your flash player plugin on your tablet. Search google for flash player for your tablet model and re-install or update.

If you have a PC, try hooking up to the PC with your USB connection. Turn power on PC and it should charge your Tablet.

I dont know this tablet unfortunately ,but a lot of this type of equipment has whats called "embedded" software which means basically the operating system is inside a component(chip) on the motherboard ,usually it can only be flashed with extraneous equipment.
This is in relation to other types of equipment which either include the option to reinstall the os on from the hard drive or stuff with drives so you can re-install from disc.
Embedded software makes this type of equipment small and thin,as opposed to having a drive,advantages are it is shockproof and small.

if the tablet pc has a usb port you can copy the contents of the cd to a usb flash drive, plug the flash drive into the tablet pc and run the setup file on the flash drive to install the webcam software to the tablet pc. Another option would be if the tablet pc has internet access go to the webcam manufacturers website and download the drivers and software for the webcam to you tablet pc desktop and install them that way.
