SOURCE: Skil 574 circular saw casing gets very hot quite
first off I can't find that model number on a couple site that I use, and second the replacement of the bearings would require disassembly of the gearcase and removal of the armature and also the use of a bearing puller and then a press to put them back on. If you are handy it should not be a big problem, Could you recheck the model number and let me know and I will try and find you a breakdown for this tool before you attempt anything.
Testimonial: "Thanks - not a two minute job then. It is a Skill 574 71/4" circular saw and must be over 20 years old now."
