I guess I have forgotten the security code because it won't accept what the numbers I put in

the user manual says try the following:
- last 4 digits of social security
- last 4 digits of telephone number
- try 0000
- try (NATL) 6285
I did the last 4 of my phone number and it worked! now I can reset my phone.

Then your securtiy code should be reset to :12345.
